Our family has been cultivating and producing high-quality cocoa beans for 130 years. Thanks to this long-standing know-how, we have been able to develop a unique treatment system that allows to preserve after-harvest flavors and to highlight specific aromas in each cocoa bean. This is achieved by controlling the fermentation and drying processes, producing the highest quality cocoa products that more than meet the needs of the global chocolate industry.
